  • VPBank offers this financing program to its customers acting as the chain of distributors and agents
  • These Vietnamese enterprises purchase goods from the Seller to distribute inside the country and wish to be given credit by VPbank and introduced to participate in this program by the Seller. The participating distributors/agents have effective and long-term relationships with their Seller
  • The Seller in this financing program sell products in relation to transactions with distributors/agents
  • Financing Method:
    • To grant limit to distributors/agents to issue L/C for the Seller who is beneficiary.
    • To grant limit to distributors/agents to issue gurantee paid for the Seller who is beneficiary.
    • To finance loans for distributors/agents to cover purchase contracts, orders or invoices with the Seller

 

  • For the Seller:
    • Formal credit appraisal by bank towards distributors/agents
    • To save costs in cash management and in tracking and collecting debts
    • To quickly convert from debt to cash
    • To reduce settlement risks of accounts receivable
  • For Distributors/Agents:
    • The credit term for distributors/agents can be longer than the credit term merely by the Seller
    • The credit limit values ​​for distributors/agents could be increased at seasonal time.
    • To increase sales due to increasing storage capacity
